19 Tichbourne Street
was a small development of nine self contained flats which provided a problem to be solved. The requirement for an automatically opening ventilator at the head of the stair was originally missed in the construction of the building meaning of course that a specific design would be required to fit an appropriate alternative system into limited space and within a limited time frame. Utilising expert knowledge and years of experience, a forced extraction system was designed and subsequently approved through building control as an appropriate alternative.
